Export is the transport and purchase of goods from the Netherlands to a foreign land. As the Netherlands, we export products to provide other countries with products that only we have and because of the quality we deliver. The goods are then exported by plane, land or sea.

But it’s not permitted to export everything. An export license is required. Product that are exported from the Netherlands are checked by customs to see whether it is allowed and whether everything has been declared.
